Mantanani Island is one of the great get away paradise island in the West Coast of Sabah. It takes about 1 hour drive from Kota Kinabalu to Kg Rampaiyan Kota Belud and another 45 - 1 hour boat ride depending on the weather to Mantanani Island. You can get away to the island to do Discover Scuba diving, leisure dive and snorkeling at a few beautiful coral reefs there, if it is your day you might see "Duggong" near by and some turtles too. After the first dive we had our lunch at noon. Theres toilets, changing rooms and table setting for lunch on the island and of course the lunch is BBQ :) . At 2pm we went for the second dive before heading home, there are still lot's of dive sites that we need to dive here and we certainly coming back here again.
